Cookie Policy

Last updated: [date]This Cookie Policy explains how Proofn ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on proofn.marketing and in the Proofn application. It should be read together with our Privacy Statement. By "cookies" we mean small text files, and similar browser storage technologies such as localStorage, that a website stores in your browser.Do we use cookies? We use only a small number of strictly necessary, first-party cookies and browser storage to make the Service work. We do not currently use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.Strictly necessary cookies and storageThese are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent. We currently use: proofn_signedin, which records whether you are signed in; and proofn_lang, which remembers your chosen language (Dutch or English). We also use browser localStorage to keep you securely signed in (proofn-marketing-auth, your authentication session, provided via our backend infrastructure) and to store your language preference (proofn.lang).Cookies and storage we use:

proofn_signedin (cookie) — indicates whether you are logged in — strictly necessary — retention [session / X days]proofn_lang (cookie) — remembers your language (NL/EN) — strictly necessary — retention [X months]proofn-marketing-auth (localStorage) — keeps you securely authenticated — strictly necessary — until logout/clearedproofn.lang (localStorage) — remembers your language (NL/EN) — strictly necessary — until clearedThird-party servicesTo run the Service we rely on infrastructure and authentication provided by Supabase, which our application uses to sign you in and load content. Any storage set for these purposes is strictly necessary to provide the Service.Analytics cookies (optional — include only if/when you enable analytics)With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. These are only placed after you accept them via our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time.Cookies set when you connect Search Console, GA4 or Bing

When you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft account, those providers may set their own cookies as part of their sign-in and authorisation process. These are governed by Google's and Microsoft's own cookie and privacy policies.Managing cookiesBecause the cookies we use are strictly necessary, the Service may not function correctly if you block them. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.C
